DUROcut diamond saw blade is for green concrete cutting

The segments of DUROcut diamond saw blade have been developed specially for concrete surfaces of 2-3 days. The average lifetime of blades is 75 m2, that means that supposing a cut depth of 7,5 cm, 1000 meters of cutting can be made. When decreasing the depth of the cut, the cutting length increases proportionally. (Of course, lifetime of the blade depends on other factors as well, as quality of the concrete, fibre reinforcement, and concrete age.)

DUROPLAST joint profile is designed to fill shrinkage and work gaps of industrial floors. It is a flexible profile made from PVC, which can be quickly and easily inserted into the joints. Ideal solution to provide an immediate plug for cut joints, which protects the joints from dirt and prevents edges to break off.

DUROPLAST is available in two different sizes. You can choose the adequate size based on the thickness of the disk of cutting machine used:

Durable, elastic, polyurethane sealant. DUROFLEX hardens by reacting with the humidity of the air. It can be applied on vertical and horizontal surfaces because of its excellent adhesion and elasticity. Recommended for fill saw cuts of industrial floors, to seal prefabricated concrete, structures, to seal window and door frames, when building air-condition, airing and heating equipments; to fill cracks, for granite, marble and concrete surfaces
